I was there in the office for a follow up of ER visits, care coordinator scheduled the appointment and Dr. Winer ordered my thyroid labs before the visit so he could review. It truly valued primary care physician.

Easy to schedule an appointment online. Made good use of the reason for the visit provided. However, when UTI was not verified, there was no discussion of what could be causing my symptoms and what next steps might be.

I called that morning for an appointment as I had taken ill. Given an opening within two hours seen quickly Dr Winer was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and diagnosed me very efficiently. He prescribed the needed medication's. I couldn't ask for any better an experience.

Although I tested my camera and microphone ahead of time, as instructed on my patient portal, it did not work. I could not "join" .Video was not required and we spoke on the phone.

It's always a pleasure discussing my health concerns with Dr. Winer.

Dr WINER was easy to speak with. He acknowledged my complicated medical history. This certainly made it easy to get to talking points and how to go forward.

Android app is much improved over what I last used in Oct 2024. It was very easy to make an appointment using the app and to ask for refills of prescriptions using the app. The office communication with my pharmacy was A++++. The doctor sent 2 prescriptions to the pharmacy using the computer at 1:15PM and I was able to pick the prescriptions up at the pharmacy at 2:25PM.

I called to ask if I could get in to see Dr. Winer because I was experiencing abdominal pain. I was truly happy to be called in for 10:30 AM and had Dr. Winer get me to what I need to solve this problem. This is a work in progress by I feel sure that this will be resolved soon.

Dr. Winer has been my primary doctor for many years. I have always found him to be very competent, a good listener, and, when necessary, has given me referrals to other excellent specialty doctors.
