He is a good provider and explains things well

We waited like more than 45 mins, nobody was letting us know anything, when I asked if we are being forgotten because we are already waiting like more than 45 mins and we are not being called yet! There's already 2 sets of bunch pts who came and go and we are still waiting.

I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Ghanny. He took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly and made sure he truly understood my concerns regarding my child. What stood out most was the way he treated us, not as just another patient or a number, but with genuine care and compassion. He also spoke directly with my son in a way that made him feel comfortable and involved in his own health, which meant a lot to us. Dr. Ghanny is an amazing provider, and I truly appreciate the kindness, patience, and professionalism he showed during our visit.

Yes, my only feedback about Dr. Ghanny's office is in regard to the staff. The nurse that we see is not friendly. She always seems like she's in a bad mood and she doesn't like her job. And the only reason we stay is for the doctor, not because of the staff. because I really, we've had bad experiences with the staff from phone calls to the way that they greet you, the way that you, when you leave to get paperwork. And again, the only reason I stay and we stay is for the doctor. Thank you.
