Steven V. Escaldi, DO


Steven V. Escaldi, D.O., is the Medical Director of the Spasticity Management Program and Attending Physiatrist at JFK Johnson Rehabilitation Institute. He is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) at the Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine.
Dr. Escaldi received his medical degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and received his residency training in PM&R at JFK Johnson Rehabilitation Institute. His practice and research have focused on maximizing functional recovery in patients with stroke and brain injury. He has lectured nationally and internationally on the topics of stroke rehabilitation and spasticity management
