Pleasant front desk staff; mature, kind, women. Medical assistants I encountered were also very nice. Dr. Pacana is an excellent doctor. . The toilet seat protector cover dispenser was empty. Should always have seat protector covers, especially considering the specialty. Diseases could be transmitted ....

She was the first doctor who really listened to my concerns and made me feel better about things that were going on.

I would have left some more information regarding the upsides and the downsides of medication or infusions that she was describing would be good treatments for me. I know that she was giving me, prescribing different ideas for me, and then she kind of left it me to pick which treatment I wanted. And then she kind of, then she referred me to other specialists. So I just felt like there was no information that she was able to provide. And so it left me a little bit lost. Thank you.

I never felt rushed..Dr Pacana gave me the time necessary to address my concerns and I left feeling very satisfied.

Disappointed:( waited over 35 minutes for my appt and office was new and staff was nice but wait time was weird and no one said anything. Doctor was kind of cold and didn't offer much other than bloodwork. It took so much for me to express myself and how much I am struggling and I felt minimized to be honest. Phlebotomist was very nice as was front desk person and med assistant. I left feeling defeated and heartbroken. May need to look for another doc. I think this practice isn't for me. I saw another doc in this practice and she was nice but I waited for those appointments too, once over an hour with no explanation. I have tried several times now and I think I need to move on. My health is important. Office manager tried to help navigate for me but this is really not ok.

I've been going to Susan Pacana for several years. I've been very happy. I think she's an excellent doctor and I think she gives enough time for each of her patients.

I have been looking for a menopause educated gyno for a while and I found Dr. Pacana on a menopause website. I am happy that I did because she is knowledgable, listens and I left me feeling like I have a good plan for my menopause care.

The receptionist at the front desk, an older lady with short hair and kind of a husky voice, she made me feel welcome. She was very, you know, interactive and warm and friendly. And that made a huge difference going to the doctor's office. And I want to commend her, although I don't know her name. She really made the visit for me. So thank you to the person at the front desk.

Was disappointed in the experience. If the visit lasted 10 minutes that was long. Very matter of fact. Minimal engagement. No health maintenance discussion. Just that all results are notified on portal whether normal or abnormal. No explanation why urine was done or even the results.

Dr. Pacana put me at ease since I suffer from anxiety. She NEVER once made me feel uncomfortable. Thank you to Dr. Pacana and the staff I encountered.

I was recently in the office with Dr. Pacana. I had had some really trying experiences with another provider that I've been with for over 20 years and was tremendously relieved to be received by the office, the staff, and Dr. Pacana as she delivers information to me as a new person that she does not know very well, really educated and partial listening to me. I'm very, very grateful for being on a path of a way forward towards wellness in my circumstance.

Dr Pacana has truly saved my life. I have a complex history and so much going on with my body. She is never bothered by my questions and concerns. She always asks me what I want to do which I really appreciate. She lets me control what I want while guiding me in the direction she thinks is best. She's given me great advice and she's the only doctor to take me seriously. I can't express enough my gratitude to her. She was my last hope before I gave up on myself and she changed my life. She heard me and validated me and performed a surgery that no one else would to prove a condition I already knew I had but needed documentation. I truly can't thank her enough and I hope she knows the impact she's had on my body but also emotionally too. To be validated with endometriosis is so important.
