Dr. Pacana is a terrific, skilled doctor, with an understanding personality and engaging insight. She diagnosed me quickly and accurately three years ago, leading to a hysterectomy with a gynecologic oncologist who praised her skills and ability to have me treated quickly.

I would have left some more information regarding the upsides and the downsides of medication or infusions that she was describing would be good treatments for me. I know that she was giving me, prescribing different ideas for me, and then she kind of left it me to pick which treatment I wanted. And then she kind of, then she referred me to other specialists. So I just felt like there was no information that she was able to provide. And so it left me a little bit lost. Thank you.

I cannot thank Dr. Pacana enough for the incredible care I received. From the very beginning, Dr. Pacana showed not only exceptional skill and knowledge but also genuine compassion and kindness. Undergoing major surgery is never easy, but I felt completely supported every step of the way.

Dr. Pacana was great. She took her time and explained to me all the things that I had questions about and kind of plans that we can do, step one, step two, and step three, if those steps don't work. I didn't wait in the office long and everyone was very nice.

She was the first doctor who really listened to my concerns and made me feel better about things that were going on.

I have been looking for a menopause educated gyno for a while and I found Dr. Pacana on a menopause website. I am happy that I did because she is knowledgable, listens and I left me feeling like I have a good plan for my menopause care.

Was disappointed in the experience. If the visit lasted 10 minutes that was long. Very matter of fact. Minimal engagement. No health maintenance discussion. Just that all results are notified on portal whether normal or abnormal. No explanation why urine was done or even the results.

The receptionist at the front desk, an older lady with short hair and kind of a husky voice, she made me feel welcome. She was very, you know, interactive and warm and friendly. And that made a huge difference going to the doctor's office. And I want to commend her, although I don't know her name. She really made the visit for me. So thank you to the person at the front desk.

Dr Pacana has truly saved my life. I have a complex history and so much going on with my body. She is never bothered by my questions and concerns. She always asks me what I want to do which I really appreciate. She lets me control what I want while guiding me in the direction she thinks is best. She's given me great advice and she's the only doctor to take me seriously. I can't express enough my gratitude to her. She was my last hope before I gave up on myself and she changed my life. She heard me and validated me and performed a surgery that no one else would to prove a condition I already knew I had but needed documentation. I truly can't thank her enough and I hope she knows the impact she's had on my body but also emotionally too. To be validated with endometriosis is so important.

Dr. Pacana is very kind and caring.

Disappointed:( waited over 35 minutes for my appt and office was new and staff was nice but wait time was weird and no one said anything. Doctor was kind of cold and didn't offer much other than bloodwork. It took so much for me to express myself and how much I am struggling and I felt minimized to be honest. Phlebotomist was very nice as was front desk person and med assistant. I left feeling defeated and heartbroken. May need to look for another doc. I think this practice isn't for me. I saw another doc in this practice and she was nice but I waited for those appointments too, once over an hour with no explanation. I have tried several times now and I think I need to move on. My health is important. Office manager tried to help navigate for me but this is really not ok.
