While the office experience in Jackson was not ideal, I was not there for that—I was there for Dr. Pacana who I would highly recommend. I think the office experience could turn some people off from seeing her, which is a shame. Hopefully they can make things more efficient on the front end for an improved and private and care centric patient experience.

It was a very frustrating that upon my arrival staff were unable to access the updated information I had provided in the lengthy pre-appointment Online process.
