A very positive experience from start to finish with the office staff of Hackensack Meridian Medical Group as well as Dr Bostock. I am a new patient to the practice and it was my first time scheduling an appointment with Dr Bostock. The staff I spoke with was professional and I was able to make an appointment in a timely manner. I received a follow up call from the office confirming my appointment. Upon arriving to the office I was greeted immediately. I was taken into an exam room within 5 minutes of arriving. The assistant introduced herself, she then clarified my information, took my vitals and said the Dr would be in shortly and I waited less than 5 minutes for Dr Bostock. It was obvious that Dr Bostock had reviewed the information that was provided on my chart. We reviewed my medical history and she was very thorough in going through my chart as well as my bloodwork. Dr listened to my concerns and was supportive of my feelings. We then discussed treatment options to go forward with. I was nervous going to a new physician but this was a Very Positive Experience. Thank you Dr Bostock and staff.
