I understand this survey is aimed at the doctors visits, which have always been phenomenal, but I must add how wonderful the office staff is. I needed a rush visit asap for a hospital clearance and the office person made it happen.

The front office never picks up phone for getting appointments or even prescription questions. Very bad attitude. Past 3 days trying to reach them , only going to the answering service - no matter what time of their work hours I call. Pharmacy needed a change in prescription because of insurance rejection and they never got a response from the doctor's office. Extremely disappointed. Moving to another doctor.

Dr. Nair is always great. She's a credit to doctorhood, you might say. And the girls in the office were good too. They were very stressed because all the computers had gone down. They had a problem across the country. Anyway, they did a great job and I'm very satisfied. Thank you.

Dr. Nair is a great internist and is very helpful. But what you need to do is stop paying all this money to have something evaluated and put your money into having a nurse right in the office so that a nurse can handle many of the things such as adding more prescriptions, refilling the prescriptions. This is nonsense that you waste my money the insurance money doing these evaluations when they are meaningless. What would be meaningful is having a nurse and pay that nurse to be right in the office to assist the doctor.

Dr. Nair is especially an excellent diagnostician. She is extremely compassionate. She always remembers every single thing about our medical history. We are married and we We both go to Dr. Nair and we both feel exactly the same way. And Dr. Nair is also available to us regarding any kind of problem that we have and takes all of our medical, which are consistently a large amount of medical problems that we have into consideration. when she diagnoses anything for us and prescribes anything for us, and she listens to every single thing that we have to say.

You should have more doctors there available because, you know, one doctor to get appointment with her, it's very, very difficult and somebody has emergency and she's the one who knows, you know, your records and she's been, you know, you want to have a follow up with her, it's very difficult to get an, you know, appointment. So you should have more doctors so that, you know, people can go and attend with other doctors too. And, you know, and if her patients can go to her.

Dr. Nair is a one in a million doctor. She's awesome. Sometimes the office isn't such a great experience.
