We really appreciated being able to get an appointment that same day, soon after I called, and the appointment went well. However, the provider did not call us back with the lab results as promised the following day.

The staff was very compassionate and made me feel very comfortable.

I was just disappointed that I had to wait an hour to be seen.

I thought the nurse practitioner was amazing. Tatsiana was amazing. The office, however, the help in the office did not inform me of anything and I waited over an hour before I was seen. So that was disappointing. Thank you.

I found the provider, she was a nurse practitioner, excellent, much better than most of the doctors I've seen in my lifetime, and very sweet. She communicated very well, and I would definitely go back to her and definitely recommend her.

Staff was very helpful!! Drs. very caring, answered questions, not rushed at all!!! Highly recommend.

Nurse practitioner, Barr, was extremely informative, patient and knew her medical history. She was professional and do very helpful. She even helped me find the prescription I needed at a lower cost. When I called the next day she promptly called back, with the information I needed. I would recommend her to anyone! I was quite pleased.please share this with her.

I had an emergency visit and I was able to be seen as soon as I called the same day of. Both the call team, receptionists, and nurse practitioner was amazing. There was very good communication and I was told what to do to prevent this problem from coming again. And it was very clear that both the reception team and the nurse practitioner was very educated and very respectful.

It was my first time with this provider and I was very satisfied. What I wanted was to be able to connect with someone, feel that this was somebody that I could ask any kind of question to and speak openly with and that's the feeling that I left with. The medical care is excellent but does not completely make up for the constant, extended wait time I have to put up with for every single visit. There were 5 other women waiting for appointments and we were all aggravated and all considered walking out. This visit I waited 40 minutes but have waited longer than an hour in the past. The schedulers need to be retrained or replaced.

Tatsiana Barr was really, really attentive. She spent sufficient time and made sure to answer all of my questions and my concerns. I was really pleased with the experience I had with her directly. I was really disappointed in the service level provided in the waiting area with the reception staff. I ended up waiting 57 minutes after my scheduled appointment, so an entire, almost an hour after the time that I was scheduled. I saw five patients that came in after me that were seen before me. And the reception staff did absolutely nothing, provided no feedback, provided no information as to why there was such a delay. I had to go to the front desk to ask if I would be next or if I would be seen. When was I going to be seen? Because no one said anything. And they just said, oh, you know, the doctor is busy.

Yes, I just want to let you know that I was so very pleased with Tatsiana and I planned on doing a review online. I just haven't gotten to it yet, but she was wonderful, extremely thorough and knowledgeable and I appreciate it so much. If there is a possible way of saying that a gynecological appointment was good, it was wonderful. Okay, thank you.
