Tatum was easily approachable and yet professional. She was a good listener, gave me the time I needed to ask questions and also gave me scripts ( paper) for mammo and sonogram. She also addressed concerns about some minor pain under my arm ( from breast surgery) and gave me a printout of ways to address it. U appreciate her time , caring and explanations!
