Very satisfied with my visit

The wait to see the doctor was an hour and 45 minutes. My appointment was 11 a.m., I did not see him until 12:45. That was unacceptable.

Staff was pleasant, friendly, helpful

Dr. Drabik was excellent and I would highly recommend him. He was thorough, informative and easy to understand. However, the office practices need to be refined. I had a 9:30 appointment. I arrived at 9:05 and was not seen by the doctor until almost 10:30. After confronting the office staff what the delay was, I was told that the doctor was held up in traffic due to an accident. Although this is entirely understandable, no one bothered to inform me of the situation and what the delay was. I feel I should have been informed earlier as to the delay rather than sit there for an hour and a half in the dark.

I waited over an hour and I wasn't told that he was behind schedule. But I noticed that everybody that came in after me was told, so I think they just forgot to mention it to me. But everyone in the office was very friendly and if any questions were asked, they were very helpful. They were very helpful with my appointment and I just wanted to say that the staff was really great. It was only my first appointment there with the doctor, so I really don't know much about the doctor, whether or not I would recommend him or not yet. But he was very good with me. It was a good first impression. Thank you.
