Dr G is a wonderful doctor

Dr. G needs his own office, fully staffed, capability of doing blood work and routine testing such as urinalysis and also immunizations. Thank you.

My appointment was set up as my yearly wellness check up. I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes after my schedule time. After I was seen by the doctor he had no idea why I was there and look confused. He said this will be a follow up appointment today and next time you come back will be your yearly. It also felt rushed and it felt that I was not important.

Dr. G was thorough in his examination. He took time to explain treatment options and recommendations for continuing good health.

I really like this provider (Dr. Thomas Grochowalski and his two assistants) and their approach to my problems. However, I have no very positive opinion about Hackensack Meridian Health (JFK in Edison) general policy dealing with clients and probably ordinary customers as well. This is related to my previous visits and tests at the Neurology Department three years ago. That should never take place in organization of this format. Sorry, but this is the only way that I could tell you that. There is no other way to contact you. I have always preferred better direct contact with you. Not on line....

I've been a patient of the doc for many years. Hes the best for me.

The office needs to have a payment system installed.I had a balance and I was not able to pay it because they didi npt have the machine to accept debit cards.

Because of the service Dr. G provides, we registered my wife as a new patient with him as well. It has always been a great experience and I trust my wife will appreciate his excellent service as well.

I was at the office on time I was kept waiting over 1 hour of my appointment time.

Hi, I just wanted to say that Dr. G always listens carefully and really pays attention to what's going on and always looks concerned and always tries to get to the bottom of things. And he's done that with myself and my husband, and I'm 100% sure with all of his patients. And you feel better when you know someone really cares. So it's a good experience.

Dr. Grochowalski is very thorough, very warm, and he gets to know his patient. He doesn't leave anything up to chance. If you have any problems at all, he delves into it thoroughly, and he doesn't leave any stone unturned. He wants you to be well, and he will suggest or diagnose provide testing which he feels adequate. He also wants to know you as a person, not just your medical problems. He wants to know about your family, how you think, your history and so forth, which is wonderful. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. He's personable and he's thorough and he just has a very nice manner about him. Very, very professional. and very, very thorough.

It takes an extremely long time to get in to see a doctor. And I wish the process could be sped up. Waiting three to four weeks or longer is a long period of time to be waiting to visit your doctor.

How can you, how you can most improve? His office used to be, his prior office in South River, there was a blood work available and you could also have your urine tested. In this office, there is no, there are no services like that at all. So I would like to see definitely an improvement on that.

Dr. G is very cautious. Takes great care to make sure that his patient understands their condition. Doesn't jump to medicate right away. He takes his time with each patient so that you feel heard but you're not waiting an excessive amount of time to be seen. Staff is great.
