unprofessional staff and doctor. everyone was rude. front office worker came in after 8:40. ppl were waiting in the waiting room with no one in the front office.

I haven't got my chart set up yet so there is no way to check my blood test results. The nurse didn't know how to manage taking my blood and I almost fainted. I asked what vaccine I was going to receive and the nurse couldn't tell me what it was for.

Dr. Fyffe was amazing. She's one of the best doctors I've actually ever been to. She took a lot of time to listen. She asked follow-up questions. She also asked me questions to make me think more about my health situation. She offered a lot of great, great suggestions. She was really patient. She also repeated back to me what I had told her, so I knew that she understood me well. I'm so glad that I switched doctors and now that she's my doctor because she's really been amazing.

The nurse who came in before my doctor wasn't friendly, as a matter of fact she was standoffish and somewhat rude. I didn't appreciate the way she spoke to me and subsequently ignored a question I had. I wouldn't want care from her going forward.

The provider and the staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable and made my wait time very minimal. Also, they were very communicative in the sense that they told me what my pressure was, my weight was, and what the doctor would do, and took my pressure and told me the numbers were not as concerning as I thought they were, and the doctor came in to clarify and to run the test again. So, yes, they did a good job.
