Very kind, and the office was pleasant & efficient

A bit frustrated when front desk told me they took my insurance, gathered my Aetna ID and booked my appt, to then call me back minutes later and say I wasn't covered. I called my health insurance and they confirmed Dr Veronica Kim was indeed covered and in network with my Aetna plan. I then had to call back to rebook my appt and explain that I was covered. I feel this should not be happening. If you take the insurance, there must be a mistake somewhere. Office should have called my insurance provider or spoken to a more knowledgeable staff member to see what the issue was, instead of telling me that I wasn't covered.

I was very happy with my visit to Dr Veronica Kim's office. The staff was friendly and helpful. The doctor was very professional and knowledgeable. I did not feel rushed. She took time explaining things and offered suggestions for any health concerns. The office was very clean and modern. I would definitely recommend.

The visit felt rushed. That was the shortest ultrasound I've ever had done in my life. It was less than a minute long and not much was explained to me about the ultrasound either.
