The provider herself was great but I would have liked 1- to get an appointment earlier to ensure timely care and 2- for there to be an easier to understand phone line to make sure I am leaving messages for the right department

I came in early to complete paperwork before my scheduled appointment time. I waited about one hour past my appointment time to be seen. The nurse was very kind and asked great questions about why I was there, my history, etc. I did see the doctor. She conducted the exams professionally and expediently; she was very informative about my situation and gave me some options to consider I never thought of before. It was a very quick visit, less than 10 minutes. I do wish the wait was less, especially given that I was a scheduled appointment and not a walk-in.

Will never use this provider again.
