It would be helpful for the person making the appointment to notify patients that if it's the first time coming to the office that they should come 20 minutes early because they have to go through registration now that he is located in the cancer center. Otherwise, all aspects of the appointment were wonderful.

Dr. Roy is the best for us. He explains everything in a very easy to understand way so that we understand my husband's issue. And he's always so pleasant to visit with. And we'll be back again as soon as we're back in New Jersey to see him again.

Dr Roy is very nice and does not rush the appointment. He explains all and is able to reduce my anxiety with his calm manner and explanations of my condition
