The intake assistant or nurse was not very clear with her communications to the doctor and myself and the online services to communicate to the doctor's office are horrible. I will never come back to this doctor even though I've been seeing him for 25 years. This experience has ruined it for me and I will never come back. It's very unfortunate and now I need to find a new gynecologist because of the staff. I will never come back. So that should probably be looked into. Have a good day.

The doctor was very thorough and understandable, and I felt comfortable with all of my health concerns.

For almost 60 years went to the house on Amboy Ave for my doctor visits. Always warm and comforting place. Went to James St Edison location for this visit. Although everyone was very nice and efficient, the office was cold and sterile. Big change! Not even towellettes to clean up after exam.

Dr. Wayne Steinbeck was thorough and addressed all my concerns and issues. He was patient and kind and explained everything to me in detail. He gave me exact/specific instructions with a detailed explanation. I did not feel rushed. I felt that he cared about my concerns. I would definitely recommend him.

Office staff and physician were pleasant, organized and accommodating. Space attractive and clean. My suggestion would be to have better signage indicating access to the 4th floor elevator (where providers office is) is around the back of the bldg. All in all, from scheduling to office visit completion, my experience was excellent.

Steinbeck is just fantastic. He delivered all four of my kids. He is like an old-fashioned, old-time doctor. Like the new ones out there, they don't listen, they ignore you, they just don't even treat you like a human. Steinbeck is really superior to most providers that I've come in contact with.
