My appointment was 11:10. I got there early. I walked into the doctor's office at 11:11. By 11:30, I was in front of the receptionist desk and she was asking me why was I in front of her desk because my appointment was for an hour. The doctor spent less than 20 minutes talking to me.

I had tried to get in touch with Dr. a long time ago. I understand he was fired, that they've been having problems finding a decent head of psychiatry. They have an interim woman there now. Your business has been a revolving door for the last year. It's absolutely pitiful. The front desk is revolving door, the therapists are a revolving door. I don't know how it is or why it is you have not made Dr. Ahmad the head of psychiatry. I think whoever is in the powers that be are overlooking an unbelievable talent there. You should be ashamed of yourselves. By this point the man should be running the place. You have no idea what wellness is, you screwed up on having a holistic doctor there, and it's really a nightmare. You people have got to do something about your facility. Thank God for Dr. Ahmad. And that's it.

Registration staff need some more training or help or more people. I patiently waited to sign in. There were people in front of me. I'm done with my appointment. I'm ready to check out so I can leave, they tell me I have to go back to the end of the line and start all over again. I didn't have time for that. I had someone waiting for me to pick me up. So I do feel you need extra staff because I was not able to reschedule a new appointment for the next visit. Now I have time I'll have to try and call back in again. They just need more front end staff.

Made me feel that any previous diagnoses I had been given were not accurate. Resident and medical student were both nice.
