The doctor was covering for my regular cardiologist, so she really didn't know me at all, but she took the time to become familiar with my health concerns, and I appreciated that.

First thing, when I entered the office, there was no one to meet you. They had at the reception desk, the window was closed and you were told not to open it at the reception desk. There were a lot of notices so you couldn't see anybody at the reception desk. Somebody took you into the office later on. I had to go up to find out what was going on, if they needed anything from me, in a little piece of hole that they have there at the window. And then when the nurse took me in, she just weighed me, she didn't take my blood pressure or anything. And I was a little upset about the whole experience. All right, take care. Bye.

This woman was very unprofessional, very rude. She made me wait an hour. Then when she walked in the room, she rushed me off. After two seconds, talking about she had other patients. Her attitude was very inappropriate and unprofessional.

Well, first of all, I had to wait too long in the waiting room. And then I had to wait 45 more minutes in the next room. And I don't get appointments soon enough. I got to wait for appointments maybe a month down the line. I'd like to get it right away. Thank you.

Yes, I had blood work done when, I don't know the date I went there. This is the next week, but it was last week. And at this point, nobody has contacted me and told me anything about my blood work or given me any recommendations to do anything. Oh, well. Thank you.
