Excellent experience- my call was answered promptly and professionally, I was given an appointment for the next day! The office staff and the doctor were professional, pleasant, informative and caring.

I had aGreat experience

This provider was knowledgeable, patient and thorough. She provided clarification and explanation concerning my ailments. Furthermore, she provided feedback, suggestions and plan of action adequate for addressing my symptoms. I felt comfortable and satisfied with my visit.

Yvonne was excellent. She listened to my concerns. She actually listened. She wasn't focused on the computer. She did have to look up some results, but she even helped me with my iron recommendations that I could use moving forward, even as my feminine health. She was just overall excellent. I even scheduled my appointment for next year. I wanted to make sure that I get her. The practice was good, too. All of the staff was kind. I forget my medical assistant's name, but she was great. She was funny too, but she was sweet, you know, very detailed. I liked that, especially this being my first appointment at this place. And also when I made the appointment, the girl who made it, she was excellent. I even asked about her because she was so patient. She just tried to go back and forth to make sure she got me in. I understand it's a long waiting time, but it was awesome. I do look forward to coming back. If I need to come back, my results came back quickly. I was able to get my lab.

She took her time explaning everything to me, she made me feel comfortable and I appreciate that she gave me options.

It was a nice visit

I did have a long wait. I did feel i was listened to and time given to me was good. There was a few weird things like because I am disabled. In the room the equipment was not easy for me to get up on a high table with no help. However at the end when I told the doctor this she became concerned and sent me too much help, like 3 people, to help. It was strange because they were two opposite things happening to the same disabled person using a wheelchair, who can still get out of it and drive to and from the appointment. But I know they meant well and it was my first time.

She was the most understanding and caring provider. I was glad that she was of my cultural background since I don't see many browns providers. Im really glad that I found her.

I felt the staff was very helpful when I arrived and also Yvonne Matthews was the best. She explained things very clearly, she understood, and she offered the best advice anyone could ask for.

Exceeded my expectations for the first visit. Yvonne was so attentive and knowledgeable about questions that I had. She's lovely!
