VERY long wait (6 months!) for appointment, I guess we all should go into the pediatric endocrinology business!

My provider has moved to a new location, which actually is really inconvenient for us to travel further. We used to be able to go to Hackensack Hospital for a visit, but I was informed because she's not a diabetes patient, we need to be seen in the new office, which is up in the Paramus, I guess, up on From Road, which is like another 20 minutes further for us. So it is super inconvenient. We will still continue with the provider for now, but it is impacting our decision, you know, for obviously like long-term support and needs.

Everyone is caring and friendly

The doctor was respectful, thorough, answered all questions; and explained things in a way my child could understand. We felt heard and cared about. She took her time and we didn't feel rushed. After the appointment, I said to my daughter what a great doctor she was.
