My provider has moved to a new location, which actually is really inconvenient for us to travel further. We used to be able to go to Hackensack Hospital for a visit, but I was informed because she's not a diabetes patient, we need to be seen in the new office, which is up in the Paramus, I guess, up on From Road, which is like another 20 minutes further for us. So it is super inconvenient. We will still continue with the provider for now, but it is impacting our decision, you know, for obviously like long-term support and needs.

Everyone is caring and friendly

The doctor was respectful, thorough, answered all questions; and explained things in a way my child could understand. We felt heard and cared about. She took her time and we didn't feel rushed. After the appointment, I said to my daughter what a great doctor she was.

My child has been seeing Dr. Hussain for a while. Overtime, we developed full confidence in Dr. Hussain's professional expertise. She listens patiently, knows our concerns, and are always able to explain her approach in a clear way using positive language. One can feel that she really cares about her patients' welfare. We highly recommend Dr. Hussain.

Dr. Hussain was the best doctor that I have seen so far. She explained everything. Answered all my questions and concerns. She was understanding. Would definitely recommend her to family.

Dr Hussain is such a wonderful doctor! Takes time, listens, explains things in easy to understand language and I feel she knows her patients. So pleasant.

Unfortunately arriving early yielded no dividends insofar as seeing our provider as she was double booked and we had a hard stop. We waited 55 mins and were seen for 17 mins. A true disappointment.

I think they should continue offering endocrinology appointments in Hackensack, as this new center in Paramus is quite far from me. I asked the staff, and they told me they only treat diabetes cases at Hackensack Hospital. I don't think it's fair if someone starts treatment at a certain place and then they move on.

The staff and doctor are great. The only disappointment is that we waited 6 months for the appointment only to be told it had to be rescheduled. When you wait so long for an appointment and make arrangements to take your child it shouldn't be rescheduled. People work and are unable to switch things around.
