I felt very comfortable with my provider and she was very understanding

Dr. Francis was great. However, I waited for 45 minutes past my appointment time int he waiting room (I was told she was running 20 minutes behind). I then waited another 30 minutes in the exam room before the nurse came in to take my history. I then waited another 20 minutes (in a gown) for Dr Francis to come in the room. I had arrived 10 minutes for the appointment since I am a new patient, and did not see Dr. Francis until 2 hours later. That is a complete lack of respect of a patient's time.

To begin, my appointment was at 1:45 and I was seen at 3:30. This is because they forgot about me in the waiting room. But more importantly, This was one of the worst and most distressing doctor appointments I have ever went to, especially with how anxious I was about my condition. She completely dismissed all my concerns and was set on convincing me I had no actual medical issues, and that it was all in my mind. Every word I said was met with derision and dismissal and the utmost effort to prove me wrong. She also compared me to her trans patients saying, my issues were all dysmorphia/self image related. All in all this was one of the worst doctors I have had the unfortunate experience of meeting .

The wait time was extremely long. I waited almost two hours to see the doctor. I wanted a cup of water since I was waiting a long time and there weren't even any cups available.The Doctor had provided general age related information. This facility needs to optimize the wait time to provide more efficiency for the patients.

Dr. Amanda Francis was kind, patient, and very understanding in my initial visit with her. Wish I had been coming to her for years!

The doctor was very knowledgeable of everything that I was asking her. She also worried about what I was doing. She was recommending me a few things that could improve my health and could help me also. She was very lovely also, very professional, and excellent, excellent, excellent doctor. The nurse, also was very, very professional. She take care of me very good. There was a few mistake on my registration and she make sure that everything was fine and she make sure that I was comfortable also. And I'm very, very grateful for everything that they did.

When I was at her office, she literally stood outside of the door for five minutes on a personal call about a relationship that I clearly heard through the door. And that was after waiting in the waiting room for 48 minutes with nobody telling me she'll be out or she's with a patient or anything. When the assistant that was helping her in the room taking my blood pressure, came back the second time, she could not find the doctor for an additional four minutes. I know this because I was timing her when she came back into my room looking for the doctor the second time.

The staff, the provider, everything about it, I love. Dr. Amanda Francis is even delivering my baby. The only thing I have a hard time with is I pre-book my appointments weeks in advance and I come in and I end up sitting sometimes three hours before even getting seen. So other than that, I definitely recommend.

The entire staff was courteous and friendly. Dr Francis listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions without rushing me or the exam

I thought the visit was really well. The bedside manners were very well. However, I waited about 30 to 40 minutes for the doctor to come in the room and that was the only downside. Other than that, it was a really great experience. The doctor was a very pleasant experience and very informative.
