I went to a wrong address. Called the office to say I would be late because of my mistake. On my late arrival at the correct address, the nurse & the doctor were very receptive and took care of me immediately.

The building has no parking available. There were cars parked in the fire lane, which is illegal and very unsafe. I watched people parking in areas on the property not meant for parking. The spot I eventually found was narrow and I could barely get out of my car, and then I had to walk all the way around the building to get into the back entrance. The situation is unsafe and doesn't help someone who might not be able to walk very far or has mobility issues. The underground parking garage is just as bad and I had a similar terrible experience with that the last time I visited. I was told by someone from another office in the building that it's "OK for people to park in the fire lane, the fire department understands we need the parking." How is this not being addressed or mitigated? Someone is going to end up getting injured or having an accident with their vehicle.

Hi, Dr. Van Hoven is fantastic. She's easy to get along with. She's easy to speak to. She's knowledgeable on her subject and I would refer her to, I would refer anyone to her. She's phenomenal.

Dr. Van Hoven is very knowledgeable and she helps the patient to be knowledgeable. And also I like the way she's personable and doesn't rush you in and out.
