Anuradha Singh, D.O. is a fellowship-trained, board-certified neurologist who specializes in the treatment of multiple sclerosis and autoimmune disease. Dr. Singh sees patients at both JFK University Medical Center in Edison, NJ and Hackensack University Medical Center in Hackensack, NJ.

In addition to multiple sclerosis, Dr. Singh specializes in neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD), myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG) associated diseases, transverse myelitis, optic neuritis, autoimmune encephalitis, neurosarcoidosis, and other immune-mediated inflammatory conditions affecting the brain and spinal cord. She performs MRI scans and lumbar punctures (also known as spinal taps), a diagnostic test that involves removing and analyzing a sample of cerebrospinal fluid.

Being a part of a field that continues to grow and develop is very exciting for Dr. Singh. Her interest in the complexity and intricacy of neurologic disorders and their clinical manifestations is reflected in her approach to patient care. She integrates her love of science and human biology into her clinical practice in ways that help patients manage their symptoms and improve their quality of life. In addition to medication compliance and adherence, she stresses the importance of regular exercise (i.e Yoga, Pilates, and strength exercises), a heart healthy diet, no smoking, as well as adequate Vitamin D.

In addition to being a huge Giants fan, Dr. Singh enjoys traveling, hiking and baking in her free time.

She is also a member of the American Academy of Neurology, whose mission is to promote the highest quality patient-centered neurologic care.

Philosophy of Care

Dr. Singh employs a collaborative, comprehensive care approach to manage symptoms and restore neurological function. Because MS affects each person differently, Dr. Singh believes education and engagement are integral to a patient’s care journey and can help maximize quality of life.

I was scheduled to see Dr Singh at the Edison office and they told me she was switched to Clark WHEN I GOT THERE!!!!!! NOT GOOD. Fortunately, I was early enough for my appt (thank you light traffic on 287) so that I could get to Clark and only be 3 minutes late. YOU ALL NEED TO FIX YOUR NOTIFICATION SYSTEM!!!!!!
