Hi, everybody was very nice. My visit did take a long time. I had to wait over half an hour before I was seen. However, and they were doing construction and it was hard to follow the signs. To get there better luckily, I was familiar with the area, but I had to go all the way around the complex and get back. And then that made me the prompt or almost late. Thanks.

excellent experience from the front desk, nurse and Doctor. This was my first visit with Dr. Priftani. I needed to find a new PC doctor and researched different Doctors who accept my insurance and who was not to far from me. Dr Priftani had excellent reviews and I now see why. She was very thorough, went through my records that I gave her nurse prior to coming into the room. I did not feel rushed, she listened to my concerns, renewed all of my medications that I'm currently taking and examined me. I loved that I was able to go down to the first floor for my blood work which was very convenient. I received my results the next day. I am so happy that I found her she is amazing.

I called for a physical as a new patient but there was some confusion because a new patient appointment is usually not a physical first.

Better technology for the call is needed going through my chart seems to much involved. But maybe not. I am not sure
