The wait was an hour over my appointment time. Most (not all) of the office staff are very unfriendly almost to the point of being rude, no smile, no eye contact.

Yes, I was kept in the examination room for 45 minutes. It seems like this happens every single time and it's not satisfactory. Thank you.

Hi, yes, I recommend my Dr. Wayman to my friends, families, and anybody that asks. He's wonderful. He sits there, he listens, he has a lot, a lot of patience to understand, you know, what I want to talk to about. He does not rush me. He listens and he gives me the information that I need. I would rate him a 10. If I could do a 100, I would have done 100. No, he's a wonderful doctor and he's very understandable, not only with me, but with all his patients. Thank you.

I have to say that the provider I have has become more hands on and now after quite a while is more personable and it makes my visit easier for me and now I even ask questions.

Dr. Wayman is my favorite doctor ever and I used to work for 120 doctors up at Summit Medical Group. So I have a good understanding of doctors and specialties and all that. So I love him. He is the best. He's very thorough. I would like to recommend him, but then that means it's going to get harder for me to get in because he's always triple booked. Anyways, his staff is pretty amazing. For the most part, there is one individual front desk that's less than desirable. I think she's new. I don't know her name. Sorry. Anyways, he's the best. Thank you. Give him a raise.

Stop overbooking your patients. That's one. Sat there for a half hour. My appointment was 2:30. It was already 3:15 before I was told that there was a guy there from 2 o'clock for an appointment, which was not even seen yet.

Yes, I like my doctor, like Dr. Wayman. He's a very, very nice doctor. Everything explains to me when I feel sick. He come my house when I need because I'm disarmed. So I'm very happy. Okay? One.

The wait time is continually ridiculous For a 215 appt, I did not see the doctor for nearly an hour and a half later No one spoke to me during this time about any reasons for delay This is totally disrespectful to patients and hascmw contemplating going elsewhere Only the relationship with Dr Wayman is keeping me with this dysfunctional office

Was a very thorough exam .said I should get a few tests will get some but not all. Previous doctor retired and left up to me what screenings I wanted to have which I preferred

Yeah, the nurse that was attending Dr. Bernard was really grumpy and was hard to communicate with and that was a big concern of mine.

Dr. Wayman is wonderful he listens to everything during me and my husbands scheduled office visits. Cannot thank Dr. Wayman enough for all his help. He is so compassionate and so caring we think the world of him. He's soooooooooooooo professional and extremely knowledgeable of course - just wonderful. His office staff are all great as well they are so nice and kind always welcoming with a smile.

I've been going to this practice 25 years with no issues with providers or staff. The ONLY complaint I have with HM is the call system. I work at a surgery center. We call HM daily for medical clearances. On average you are on a call 10-15 minutes by the time you give patient info and our own info and then put on hold sometimes 2 times while the call center tries to patch us into the drs office. It's a horrible system. We do not have this issue with RWJ's call system. We actually dread calling HM as surgical coordinators. I really hope they can shorten the time on the phone in the future because it is really ridiculous at times how long it takes to get a quick answer on whether a patient has had a medical clearance for a surgery.

He was great. He sat with me for an hour, explained everything, and I think he was the best I ever had.

The wait for my appointment was atrocious. I had a first appointment of the day and the doctor saw three other people before me. The office did not keep me informed. When I went to go schedule my next appointment, it's five months out.

I had a morning appt., so I didn't have to wait as long as if I had a afternoon/later appointment. Much more tolerable by scheduling this way. I see doctor every 3 months, so I will continue to make morning appts When possible. I used to take whatever they had available ..now I will schedule at my convenience. Staff is always pleasant, as well as my doctor. It's just the waiting in examining room that gets annoying after quite awhile. It was better this time..the earlier the better!

I had a 9:00 am appointment and did not see the doctor until 9:45 i like the doctor but the office opens at 8:00 how does he become 45 minutes behind in one hour's time?

great appointment Helpful and informative staff

I've almost completed my medication for, I presume it's an upper respiratory infection that I have, but I'm still not feeling well. So I need to talk to the doctor tomorrow. I'm gonna call the office. But the office staff and doctor are very attentive and very good at helping me with all my medical problems. Thank you and have a good day.

The medical assistant was very nice and knowledgeable, and she knew who I was and remembered who I was and remembered the fact that I had surgery, which I explained last time. Also, the desk assistants were very nice as well, and they were very quick to get me my paperwork and to get me in as an appointment. I really love Dr. Wayman. He is the best doctor I've ever had and I hope that they continue their best service. Thank you.

Dr. Wayman is great doctor however if you are sick and need a same day, next day appointment it is not happening. You will need to go to an Urgent care. And the wait in the office is always 30-60 mins.

I was lucky to find this provider. He provides great information. He seems to stay as long as you need him to stay in the room. He explains things diligently and he seems to know your history. I give him an A+. Thank you.

You can not make a well care/routine appt. when needed. To change an appt 6 weeks before, you are rescheduled 3 months out.

Dr. Wayman is good and I like his personality. The staff not so much other that Tina. This corporation is about money not helping people. Two hours per visit is unacceptable. I couldn't get a visit last week for diverticulitis with Dr. Wayman. I was told to go to urgent care. That was an hour wait. They said can't help go to emergency room. That was 7 hours. All I needed from Dr. Wayman was a script for a Catscan. Then two days later I get a call from this office asking how I was feeling. They didn't care when I was in pain, why care after when they can just go online and read everything about me. BECAUSE THEY ARE LAZY.

Doctor Wayman is a great Doctor is staff on the other hand is lacking in can never get an appointment that is convenient for my schedule I rearrange my time for them and m scheduling 3 months in advance wish they were more cooperative why is impossible to get an early appointment 7:30 - 10:00 ?

Once I get in to see the doctor, everything's fine, but I never get in on time. I always have to wait over an hour, and it's kind of annoying because we have other things to do, and I have to wait an hour and then wait another half hour to see him. It's not fair.

I waited 90 minutes to see the doctor. This happens with 90% of my visits. This is unacceptable. The office needs to schedule less appointments so the patients do not have to wait as long.

Excellent doctor, best doctor I ever had. Very conscious, very on top of his game. The only thing we didn't like is that we were out of the network with our insurance, which is not anybody's fault. It's just the way the insurance companies work. But overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Making the appointment earlier in the morning prevented a longer wait time. I was taken in at my appt time, 8:15 am but had to wait 1/2 hr for Dr to come in as he had a few patients before me in other examining rooms. But it's better than an afternoon appt when they are severely backed up..(sometimes I wait 2 hours ). So I will try to keep making the earliest appts that are available (when I go every 3 months).

Great doctor

This is the first time in all the years that I was impressed with the wait, getting in and getting out to see the doctor. Very impressed. This was the only time in all the years of my visit and Wayman has been my provider for many, many years. I like to keep up the good work.

I think that the nurses and everybody in the office was excellent at customer service. They are really nice people. And so is the doctor. Thank you.

My Appointment never happened. I got a text with a link beforehand. I followed all instructions and was online (audio/video checked) waiting for the doctor to connect. I got messages that he was running late. I think he tried to call me on another line but when I answered it there was no one there. I waited in the EPIC app for 2 hours and then finally gave up. There has to be a better way. ? !

Dr Wayman and his staff always show concern and professionalism. The office is always immaculately clean.

I had an easier time getting an appointment by calling directly into the office. HMH online booking was not easy to use and showed no appointments available. Zocdoc was a joke. Dr. WAYMAN did not even appear in my searches.

Dr. Wayman was very good and very professional in his services for my checkup for wellness, a lot of good feelings about going to see him and he did a very good job. He's very experienced and I enjoy going to him. He's a good bedside manner and a good attitude.

it was a good experience, I was scheduled for 215 pm and was in exam room at 230 pm and Doctor Wayman entered by 245pm. Not long wait and he is always a pleasure to visit.

Dr. Wayman is the most compassionate, kind and caring Dr. ever. He listens to everything me and my husband explain to him. We are not rushed out of the exam room he's just wonderful. On a separate note: Dr. Wayman's staff are all great they always welcome patients with a smile and are never nasty always very pleasant :). They go out of their way to assist Dr. Wayman's patients.
