I told the doctor that she does not know my medical history and that I needed my prescription, and she still did not order it for me. I have been scheduling this appointment since last time specifically so that she would send it, so I can be stable for my endophobia. And she did not prescribe the medication. I have to keep calling constantly and asking for it. I am already tired of this situation. I am going to have to leave the clinic and go somewhere else, even if I have to pay, because it seems like the only thing that matters is referring people to the university clinic. When I go there, they want to give me the results two days later. The staff member did not give me my documentation, and now with this cold weather I have not been able to go. I am not feeling well and I need my medication.

And the experience was pretty good. I rate the doctor a nine out of 10. I was told they had, I think, a 115 appointment. I didn't really see his lapse of 130. They were okay. Everything was okay with my medical. The doctor was really good. They pretty much answered all my questions. The doctor was very knowledgeable and she knew exactly how to treat me and everything. And I thought she was excellent.
