Hi, Dr. Benson was very nice, very helpful, really, really a pleasure to meet for the first time. I personally would definitely go back again. The reason that I said a 9 and not a 10 for recommending to family is that the wait is really extraordinarily long. I had read online, all the reviews said this about his office, so I knew to expect it, but it seems really unreasonable to have patients wait an hour and a half on such a regular basis. There seems to me there needs to be something done about the whole scheduling process. With that said, I would go back when I knew to come with books and stuff like that. I just think that for professionalism's sake, for the office, it's better to think about how to do this. But Dr. Benson is really wonderful.

He seem knowledgeable and I was pleased with my visit. Only exception was that I was kept waiting for one hour and a half past my scheduled time.

Had 1pm appointment didn't get seen to 2:30.

I was just very disappointed in how long I had to wait in the waiting room and then how long I had to wait in the examination room. That to me was almost two hours I was there. It was too long.

Everything that I would have to say about my experiences with Dr. Benson would be positive. My only negative comment would be that you were telephone system is absolutely horrendous. It is almost impossible to reach the office.

The doctor and staff were excellent. Couldn't be happier.

Dr. Benson is a great doctor. It was a long time before the appointment, you know, before I was seen. I was waiting probably over, probably an hour and a half before I was seen. But other than that, he's a great doctor. Thank you.

Dr Benson didn't rush at all and answered my questions in a professional manner. Very caring and honest.

professional very nice personality

My initial experience with Hackensack was in the parking lot. I have handicapped plates but there were no spaces for the disabled. Actually, There were no parking spaces of any kind. I circled around for 15 minutes until I found a spot in a remote area of the lot. I walked down quite a distance on a steep hill to the elevators which were not working. A visitor suggested I walk up two flights of stairs to the 5th floor and then cut across the parking lot to the Medical building elevators which I did. From there I waited a considerable length of time bc only one elevator was working in that bank. The entire parking experience was dreadful. I walked much more than I'm capable of, especially on stairs where I'm at risk of falling. When I left the dr, I struggled to even find my car having gone through the reverse trip using stairways and broken elevators while traversing large parking lots. Dr. Benson is a professional, knowledgeable and kind physician. MSK referred me to him. I think he's the Dr I need to recover and regain my health; however, I don't want to ever again deal with the parking situation. Is there valet parking? Or a solution to this problem?

My Appt was for. 11:00 am I WAIT FOR ONE HOUR AND HALF , I was ready to live the place then doctor came and told me that I got to see an especialist for the ears

Yes, just comment I have is Dr. Benson is one of the best doctors and I've seen many that I have ever dealt with. His bedside manners are great. He's trying to get you in on time and even get you in when it's rough for him to do is excellent. He's just an all around excellent doctor. I have nothing but Good things to say about him and I would recommend him to anybody. In fact, I have. And I will continue to do so. That's about it. Thank you.

The wait to see Dr. Benson is deplorable. Over an hour every single time. It's a shame.

One hour and one half waiting and I was the first appointment in the morning

Dr. Benson was great. He spent a significant amount of time with me and was very thorough in his examination. He also provided good recommendations to help me feel better. The only con was that I waited for about an hour in the waiting room before being taken in for my appointment.

The only complaint I have about the office visit that I had with Dr. Benson is the wait time. I waited close to two hours. I waited an hour and 50 minutes. No one came out to tell me, give me an update. Other than that, he's awesome.

I have been a patient of Dr. Benson for a number of years and I never had to wait to see him. He was always on time. The most I waited was 10 to 15 minutes. I waited 2 hours and that unacceptable. I don't believe to was his fault however if falls back on him which is unfortunate

I had a very good visit with Dr. Benson. He was very good. He's going to find me a neurologist for motion problems. So I'm waiting for his phone call. But the only problem is to get an appointment with him is very hard. But I was glad I got it and I waited.

Well, excellent doctor, excellent officer. Everything works good, well, everything's good and greatly appreciated. And I had some issues and they've been pretty much helped to get them solved. So Dr. Benson is an officer great. Thank you.

Always thorough and complete

Dr. Benson is excellent; however, the repeated delays and extended waiting times at each visit have been very concerning. During my most recent appointment, I waited over an hour past my scheduled time without any explanation or communication from the staff, which felt unprofessional.

Hi, doctor visit was nice. Doctor was listening to my problem carefully and he addressed everything but the wait time was too much. I waited almost one hour outside, more than one hour and inside hardly 15 minutes. So overall it took two hours for me to finish the entire thing. So I would request you to improve the wait time on the bedside manner so that it Time is very precious for everyone, so you should focus on that. Thank you.

We have experienced many delays with various Drs...we understand emergency issues..but scheduled visits need to be 9lanned more efficiently..my husband is tired and ill and waiting for hours is difficult..thank you

My first visit with Dr Benson was excellent, right from the intake Nurse who prepared us for him. She was exceptional and thorough and put us at ease. Dr Bensons personality put me and my husband in a very comfortable place. He is not only compassionate and caring, he explains in detail and simplicity. My whole experience was wonderful and I will highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for his specialty.

My appointment was 2.30 p.m. And I get there before 2.30 p.m. And they took me at the last moment, like 4 p.m because my transportation was coming to pick me up. That's why he doesn't give me time for nothing. And that's why I'm very unhappy because it's like I miss, I didn't want, it's like I didn't see no doctor. No time to talk, no time for nothing. I'm sorry.

I think that Dr. Benson is a very good doctor. I think that he does a wonderful job. The only complaint I have is that it's just that sometimes he gets very, very busy. And that's understandably because he's such a good doctor. And the wait time can be a little excruciating. Other than that, it's well worth the go though. Thank you.

I appreciate Dr. Benson's sensitivity to my needs and his willingness to refer me to another provider who recently joined the faculty and uses a different technique for the procedure I need. Dr. Benson didn't need to do that but he told me I'm a good candidate for this new technique which will require less recovery time and have less risk to my teeth. I'm a trumpet player, and so is Dr. Benson. He understands. Thank you, Dr. Benson!

It took me a few days to get in touch with Dr. Benson's office in regards to me having an appointment to have my hearing checked. I do not know what type of service or outside services that you are using, but it is horrendous and it should be looked at and examined and changed.
