Great job listening and understanding the issue

I was sick, had chills, fever, throwing up etc. My husband called and the office and they said to bring me in right away. When we arrived, waited just a few minutes before they brought me into see Bridget. She was excellent. Very professional, knowledgeable, extremely friendly and caring.She wanted bloodwork done and the techs were about to leave for the day but they did the bloodwork. They were great. Always a wonderful experience when I go to this office.

I was very pleased with the nurse practitioner. However the staff upon entering needs to come up with a better system, i was in a line for over ten minutes.

Bridget is very nice, caring, and has great bedside manner. I like her a lot. She listens to me, tries to get to the bottom on my illnesses and health conditions. She seems very knowledgeable as well.

The appointment was stressless and that is from someone with white coat syndrome. Bridget was thorough and very patient which I greatly appreciated. She fits into the Practice like a glove!

This is confusing: To rule out the possibility of a stomach ulcer, my APN provider Bridget prescribed an H. Pylori breath test. She said I had to fast for 2 hours before the test. The information sheet handed to me said I had to fast for 4 hours. When I came in the next day for the test, the person in the lab asked if I had fasted for 1 hour prior to my appointment. (My fast was actually 12 hours.) Bridget was attentive and very thorough!

I will never return to this practice

I liked Bridget. I thought she had a great personality, definitely made you feel comfortable, and that's it.

My APN Bridget Willig was very professional, competent and had the best bedside manners. She listened attentively and addressed all my questions.

Bridgett was able to help me ,hopefully, get the right meds for post nasal drip. Previously, Urgent Care in Eatontown gave me an antibiotic for post Covid chest congestion. It did not help- She also told me to avoid Muscinex DM and Robitussin DM and take the regular ones. I was taking the DM versions for 5 weeks! Maybe, that is why I was not improving. I hope the meds I am taking now will help me stop coughing.
