Hi, the waiting was unbelievable. I waited like an hour and I actually came a little earlier because I always like to do that. But I wasn't asked, I wasn't told why. I just went from being in the regular waiting room outside for half an hour and then when I got called to go inside, I saw maybe 5, 10 minutes. I didn't get anybody until half an hour later. So it was like almost over an hour. And nobody even said why or anything like that. I just wonder if this is going to happen all the time. That's it. Thank you.

Very professional and takes time to answer all my concerns

The only negative is the parking situation. Had to circle around for a long time to get a parking space.

I just wish that scheduling for appointments would be done in a better way,so a patient did not have to wait 50 minutes after the time scheduled.It happened to me. Thank you

Doesn't spend enough time with the patient and doesn't address every issue. And it's a little bit, I think, they overbook and doesn't have enough time for patients because of overbooking. Thank you and God bless you.

I was very, very, very happy and content with Dr. Chu. He is an excellent doctor, he thinks, and then he speaks, and he really, really takes time to spend time with you, meaning me, so I can understand what he wants me to know. So I congratulate him, and I pray that he continues a long time

I like Dr Chu. I could have heard him better if he wasn't wearing a double mask. I understand he wants to be protected. But as a senior person who has heari g issues it was difficult.
