He told me about precautions, being careful, cleaning your ears and everything, wished me happy holidays, and also said if I ever had any other problems or anything, feel free to call at any time. It was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend him to anyone.

Hi, the waiting was unbelievable. I waited like an hour and I actually came a little earlier because I always like to do that. But I wasn't asked, I wasn't told why. I just went from being in the regular waiting room outside for half an hour and then when I got called to go inside, I saw maybe 5, 10 minutes. I didn't get anybody until half an hour later. So it was like almost over an hour. And nobody even said why or anything like that. I just wonder if this is going to happen all the time. That's it. Thank you.

The only negative is the parking situation. Had to circle around for a long time to get a parking space.

I just wish that scheduling for appointments would be done in a better way,so a patient did not have to wait 50 minutes after the time scheduled.It happened to me. Thank you

I like Dr Chu. I could have heard him better if he wasn't wearing a double mask. I understand he wants to be protected. But as a senior person who has heari g issues it was difficult.
