Dr BRANDEISKY was very pleasant and so was his staff.

He is very pleasant Dr. I referred to him all my friends and family.

I still haven't received my prescription and I was there a week ago. The office staff seems to be confused.

In knowing I am deaf, the Doctor wore a mask. As a lip reader, I find this a form of lack of respect for my disability.

He was the wrong specialist for my condition.

Can be a little friendly. I walked out with a prescription for a test to be done and had no idea what it was for and what the test was going to do??? Had to google it and when I booked it I spoke to the person on the phone about the procedure. I don't plan on going back to this doctor. Hope they don't hold my test results hostage. Also my co pay is 120. I can't afford to go back to this practice. Have to find an ENT that has a much cheaper copay

Yes, they did get me in. I was concerned about a sudden problem with my right ear. They got me in but unfortunately I couldn't get in to see the doctor that I would have liked to see. And that's okay. I said I'll take anybody but unfortunately I did not appreciate Dr. Brandeisky's bedside manner. I don't think he has any. He was not personable. He cut me off when I tried to tell him what happened. He just wanted quick answers and I was with him probably five minutes. So I am not happy at all with his, the way he treats people. So and with my experience.
