I'm a Sr. & don't mind waiting a few min, but to put me in a small freezing cold rm for twenty five min w/not one word as to how long is it going to take for the Dr to come in? I finally went out of the room enquiring if they forgot about me bcs I was turning into a popsickle One of ur assistant placed me in a warmer rm & after a few min the Dr. came in to see me. The Dr. couldn't really treat me bcs he needed Miracles Ear to forward my results to Dr. Chu. So needless to say I felt my visit was a total waste of time.

Dr Chu is a caring physician and his staff is very kind.

The seem to be just clocking patients. I never go back there again. He seem cold and indifferent. I left dissatisfied and without much hope of ever revolving my medical problem.

Everybody was up to date on what they had to do as a job and that. And I had nothing to report that's bad or anything. I've always had a good feeling when I went there.

Hi, yes, it's the doctor and their staff are fantastic. That's not the problem. The problem is with Hackensack Meridian, the management, trying to make the doctors only have 10-minute visits. They're absolutely ridiculous. Management needs to get a grip and understand that it takes longer with a patient. All you care about are the money and the finances. The doctor was excellent, but the management of Hackensack Meridian, the big corporation, needs to get a grip on life. Thank you. Bye-bye.

I was able to get an appointment within a week of calling. Everyone in the office was professional and helpful from the time I walked up to the front desk to the way out to make another appointment.

Other than waiting2 and a half weeks for appt all was excellent

Everyone was very nice. The lady that scheduled my balance test was very, very nice to me. She wrote the codes down, explained everything to me. She had a lot of patience. I really appreciate the lady doing the scheduling.

While this provider is overwhelmed with patients, he provides excellent service and has a staff that is efficient, polite, and aims to please, I highly recommend this provider and understand that high level health requires patience.

Doctor cleaned ear wax out of ears ! Waiting long time in room , before he cleaned my ears . Seems he took care of other patients who had other serious issues. Mine was just cleaning wax out of ears . Waiting long time in room , before he cleaned my ears . Annoying!!!

Front desk was not very knowledgeable about certain aspects of rescheduling.

I like Dr. Chu. He's direct and says what can help me but no pressure. I can think about what I want to do and let him know. He listens to me and tells me who I can follow up with for other concerns. All related to my operation.

I was very satisfied with my visit with Dr. Chu. I think he's a terrific doctor and I know he is going to help me. He gave me a lot of information and my husband, both my husband and myself, we felt very comfortable with him. I thank him so much.

There is nothing to improve on. The staff was terrific when we come in. They take care of you right away, pay attention, ask questions. We get the right answers. The doctor is great. I have nothing to say about this doctor. I've been using him for many years and I wouldn't go to anyone else. Okay? It's a very good experience whenever we go. Bye-bye.

Excellent doctor and staff

I visited Dr. Chu, I have issues with my sinuses and my ears and my throat, and he did an excellent job, explained everything to an extent. Gave some remedies for the conditions that I have and adjusted my medicines that I was taking. I was taking two antihistamines which was increasing my blood pressure. So I just went down to the one and I appreciate that. So great guy. Highly recommend him. Thank you very much. I give Dr. Chu two thumbs up.

The provider mostly looked at his computer when speaking to me. I had to remind him that I had testing done and therefore he needed to look up the results in front of me. There was minimal eye contact given by the provider.

So far so good. Just to long a waiting time

My test prescription information and instructions per test etc that I need to do were not complete I had to stand at the desk afterwards and repeat what was needed and to be clarified. I still have to call and have resolution on what needs to be done for prescriptions
