The assistant that was with Dr. Snyder doing the input on the computer ordered scripts for me to my CVS pharmacy. The two products she ordered I have on automatic refills from express scripts plus one of the meds is ordered by another doctor (my primary). I received text messages from CVS that one of the meds was ready for pickup. I had to return to the office to straighten it out but all was gone for the day. Someone in the office made a call to help out plus I spent time trying to get it straightened out. After calling express scrips, all is good and back on schedule. I'm so glad my BP was good before all this happened and it wasn't checked later because it was probably in the high mode. I did ask for another refill for another med which was made out for me to have filled at my local pharmacy that is not on automatic refill. I have some meds that I receive at McGuire Air Force pharmacy and others from Express Scripts. I only use CVS for smaller scripts. I don't think the assistant should have ordered refills without Dr. Snyder order unless there is some sort of a directive change.

Please have their computer calender up to date. We can't make an appointment 6 months out because they are not equipped.

my only problem is with your web sight.I enjoy getting the results of my blood test..but have difficulty using my iPhone to log in....

I just wish that he really explained it more to me. He did a CT scan and the nurse came back in, she said everything was okay and you know, I don't know. I just wish he explained it a little bit more to me because I don't really understand this stuff anymore.

The only thing was that I was in the exam room longer then usual,because he went to see 3 patients before seeing me

Yes, Dr. Snyder is a very competent doctor. I recommend him to at least five people that currently use him and are all satisfied. And that's it.

Dr Snyder is the best!! He listens and engages in all the questions or concerns. He is very easy to talk to and his explanations of all the concerns are always very clear. I always feel very comfortable after talking to him about my problems.

I just want to comment that I gave the doctor aid as far as referring to other people. It's because it was the first time I met him. And although he was extremely nice and very thorough, I'm just going to withhold a better score until I have my next appointment with him. But he was a very nice doctor.

I was concerned about a result from my stress test. Having 2 arteries 50% blocked, discovered two years ago, i found it unusual that my stress test was normal. Also kept waiting for 20 minutes with the door 1/2 way open while listening to the doctor and staff joke around did not put me in the best mood. The results of my stress test could.have been dicsussed with me by phone by the doctor saving me the 2 hour round trip and gas and tolls. All he kept on saying was stress test was normal. I saw my primary today and he gave me more info on the stress test, in that normally stress tests do not show abnormal unless the blockages increased to 70%. I did not feel listened to, nor did I feel comfortable being kept waiting for 20 minutes. I did leave stating my time was just as important.

Did not have to wait long. Everyone was professional in the office. The doctor was professional. He answered all my questions. He didn't hurry me through. He gave me some suggestions in regard to health. And I was glad that I made the appointment with his office.
