The doctors were extremely communicative and understood the patient's needs and concerns, and the office staff is A-plus fabulous. I could not be happier. Best staff I've dealt with at Hackensack Health overall. Number one.

The only problem I had was she spoke very softly. That may be me. I don't hear that well. But my wife was there and she agreed with me. It got better as we went on. She was a very good doctor.

Dr. Cicogna is so patient. She listens to everything you have to say. She goes over it with you and she makes sure that you understand what she's saying. She talks in terms that, you know, it's easy for her to explain things to us. I think she's wonderful. I would never change her and I do recommend her to anyone who would need a doctor for their ailments.

Dr Cicogna has been an incredible and caring health partner for over 10+ years. Her calm steady approach have always been a comforting source of strength for me.
