The experience was mostly positive - the only issue was that I did not realize that the portion with the physician had ended (I was sent for a urine sample and then a blood draw and had thought that the physician would return to the room later) and I had had more questions, so I waited for some time afterward but had to leave before the physician could return to the room. I was able to use MyChart to forward my questions, and a team member consulted with the physician and called me back to follow up.

I've been seeing Dr. Hanna for a number of years now. I find that she's a great physician. She listens. One of the things that she does well is that she treats me like a whole person, not just a diagnosis of a problem or an illness. She talks and appreciates my mental health, my overall life as well. That's unusual and I really appreciate that. That's it. Terrific.

The office was conveniently located, very clean, & staff was kind and friendly. The doctor was compassionate, listened to my concerns, and was patient with me.
