Dr Hanna takes the time to listen she is professional and compassionate. When a specialist is needed she refers me to the appropriate one. Nurse Nora is pleasant and professional.

The provider asked a set of questions and when answered was able to prescribe the appropriate medication.

I am very happy with Dr. Hanna, with the way she treats me and explains everything to me.

Unlike some offices, I didn’t feel rushed.

the student dr acted like a meek little kid wasn't happy. but she spent way more time with me than the doctor did. my appointment was frustrating.

She remembered to answer a concern I had mentioned among others when I myself forgot about during my visit. I can't say enough about how pleasant it is every time I see her. Great doctor, very caring

The experience was mostly positive - the only issue was that I did not realize that the portion with the physician had ended (I was sent for a urine sample and then a blood draw and had thought that the physician would return to the room later) and I had had more questions, so I waited for some time afterward but had to leave before the physician could return to the room. I was able to use MyChart to forward my questions, and a team member consulted with the physician and called me back to follow up.

Dr. Hanna is attentive and always listens to my concerns.

Although its great to have student attending. It delays time seeing the Dr and doubles appt time. I advised I would like to see them together but had teo seperate consults

I've been seeing Dr. Hanna for a number of years now. I find that she's a great physician. She listens. One of the things that she does well is that she treats me like a whole person, not just a diagnosis of a problem or an illness. She talks and appreciates my mental health, my overall life as well. That's unusual and I really appreciate that. That's it. Terrific.

The office was conveniently located, very clean, & staff was kind and friendly. The doctor was compassionate, listened to my concerns, and was patient with me.
