i love dr hanna however when you have to explain everything to the “nurse” first while you are very uncomfortable sitting on the hard table to start with then the students come in and want you to go thru it all again is very difficult. i was sitting on that table for over 45 minutes before i actually saw dr hanna!!!!!

Dr Hanna takes the time to listen she is professional and compassionate. When a specialist is needed she refers me to the appropriate one. Nurse Nora is pleasant and professional.

The provider asked a set of questions and when answered was able to prescribe the appropriate medication.

I am very happy with Dr. Hanna, with the way she treats me and explains everything to me.

Unlike some offices, I didn’t feel rushed.

the student dr acted like a meek little kid wasn't happy. but she spent way more time with me than the doctor did. my appointment was frustrating.

Dr. Dalia Hanna is wonderful. She's very patient, very friendly, very thorough, extremely knowledge. She is a great listener as well. She remembered to answer a concern I had mentioned among others when I myself forgot about during my visit. I can't say enough about how pleasant it is every time I see her. Great doctor, very caring

The experience was mostly positive - the only issue was that I did not realize that the portion with the physician had ended (I was sent for a urine sample and then a blood draw and had thought that the physician would return to the room later) and I had had more questions, so I waited for some time afterward but had to leave before the physician could return to the room. I was able to use MyChart to forward my questions, and a team member consulted with the physician and called me back to follow up.

Dr. Hanna is attentive and always listens to my concerns.
