This is the second one that she was in attendance and I really enjoy talking with her. Yes, I just waited too long to have my x-ray before I saw the doctor. I would have liked to have had the x-ray before I saw the doctor. That is my only qualm that I had. She was great with me.

I asked to take my blood pressure and she said the machines don't work and no one uses them!

I initially couldn't get an appointment for a month, and I was put on a list for cancellations. I contacted Dana through the portal, and someone got back to me with 4 possible appointment times, which was much appreciated!

Only complaint would be how long it took to get an appointment.

I was most impressed with your operation. That's a different meaning for the word. But you must have an on-call doctor when someone, a patient like myself, needs to fulfill prescriptions on the weekends. Not having that is egregiously wrong. I was not informed that that was your policy and that has to change. It is just wrong.
