She's an excellent doctor.

Dr. Darlene is wonderful. She has the most pleasant and bedside manner that I have ever experienced in my life. She's easy to talk to. She's easy to understand. She's patient. She never rushes you through your appointment. She's just wonderful. I can't speak any highly of her. I wish I can use her for all of my medical needs.

I like Donald Fontanazza because she listens to you. She's a very good provider. And I would recommend anybody to her. I love her. She sits and she listens to me and she helps me with my problems at times when I don't feel myself. She's a good doctor. I really love her.

The nursing and physician staff is excellent. The only thing that I am disappointed in when I come to the office is the front counter. The girl sitting at the front counter is not very attentive and doesn't have good customer service quality. But other than that, dealing with the nurse and then the physician or provider is excellent. Thank you.

The provider and the provider's nurse were wonderful and receptive and answered all questions. The only bad experience I would say that I had when I first walked in was my first time there and the girl at the front desk was not friendly or instructive at all. She just kind of looked at me and didn't really say anything. So, you know, I was a little worried about that, but it turned out that the provider and her nurse were wonderful.

Darlene makes me feel very comfortable. She's easy to talk to and if I have any questions, she explains them thoroughly in a way that I understand. She's the best.

PI provided a professional, knowledgeable experience and Ms. Fontanazza was exceptional. Great experience.
