The doctor himself is very lovely, very patient, listens and is very respectful. I think there could be a lot of improvement at the front desk, the initial reception and the back office people. I sometimes find them extremely rude and a little curt. And also I'm a little amazed that they don't have any access to imaging. So if I go to a radiology lab or whatever, they don't have access to any of that stuff. And if I bring a CD, they can't download it. So thanks.

The staff at his office were extremely polite and extremely helpful, and the doctor's bedside manner is about the best I've ever experienced. He really is a wonderful man, and I'm going to be following up with some questions, and as much as one can look forward to seeing a doctor, I am looking forward to seeing him again.

When I had my appointment at Quest to do the blood work, the office had forgotten to send in the prescription for the blood work. I specifically spoke to them the day before when they called and validated my appointment with me and asked them did they send it into Quest and they said yes. When I got to Quest, it was not there and we had to wait in the Quest office until the doctor's office sent in the information to Quest.

Dr. Levin is an excellent, patient, caring doctor. I'm thrilled to have been a patient of his for 30 some odd years.

I've been patient with Dr. Levin for the last 35 to 40 years. I've never come across a better doctor, better diagnostician, and I have the utmost respect for him and for his medical assistance. Thank you.

Dr. Levin was wonderful. He listened. He spent enough time. And since this was my first visit, this was more, how do I want to say, exploratory. But what I could say would need to be improved is how insurance is handled. And the back office staff and the front office staff, when you come visit the, for the appointment, I think they could be improved. There should be a little more attention paid to the patient. And it is very difficult to make this appointment and deal with the insurance issues and to make sure that I was covered under my insurance. However, Dr. Levin was wonderful. I'm waiting for test results, and I'll go from there. Thank you so much.
