The reception waiting room was kind of cold un welcoming feeling.The separation of your folks behind plastic barrier left e personally put off standing there till someone finally looked up and said I'll be right with you. The provider is great,.its Hackensack billing is really bad. As i always pay my co pay on all past doctors consult, however that put me in trouble as it doesn't reflects on billing that resulted in collection company call and sent me letter of unpaid bills. Hackensack need to make sure all my payment during visits are accounted by billing department to prevent this kind of poor service
