There is no scarier news to hear as a parent than “your child has a brain tumor”.  I have the privilege of guiding patients and families through this difficult and uncertain time and offering them hope through our research trials.  Every child with a brain tumor deserves their best chance at a cure.  I am willing to think outside the box to make sure that my patients have access to every option available.  For many brain tumors, there are few or no good treatment options.  Patients with these tumors need access to cutting-edge therapies and innovative clinical trials.  I am pleased to be able to offer our patients these promising new therapies, close to home, through our phase I and II clinical trials program.
