Healthcare appointments should be prioritized for the working class people. Appointments should be late in the day or first thing in the morning to allow for a quick visit and get people back into work. I'm at risk for having to burn a 1/2 vacation day to cover my time because I say in your waiting room for 30-45 minutes just to be seen. Please improve your time management efficiency.

Did not get called until 1 hr 15 minutes after appointment time; an emergency situation interrupted visit for about 15 minutes. Otherwise, great appointment!
