This was the first appointment with the doctor. He knew all my medical testing, which was very extensive. He was able to answer all my questions, make it easier to understand. He was calm, cool, collective, offered suggestions. It was very helpful to meet with him for that first time.

It is extremely hard to get in touch with anybody in the office and when told that there will be a phone call to schedule something the same day or the day after and it takes almost a week to get in touch with somebody, it is not convenient and I've been trying to talk to somebody about switching a medication and or being able to get it sent to a different pharmacy and nobody has been able to get back to me in three days. So there is no convenience whatsoever and being on hold for over 20 minutes to talk to somebody about this and still not being able to get in touch with anyone.
