I love this doctor she is just what I needed for my gastroparesis issues. I have seen her my last to visits and she reviews everything and explains everything very thorough while still keeping visits on schedule.

Miss Simmons. Gave me a lot of great advice. Really took her time and talking with me and understanding my problem. And I do have a lot of problems. I felt very comfortable with her for my first visit. And she actually gave me a ray of Hope to find out why my situation has been so chronicle for the last couple of years where other doctors kind of just brushed it off.

I need to get some further information about a referral Dyshauna made. At discharge, the nurse told me to use the portal if I needed anything. I am unable to contact Dyshauna

Staff needs to answer the telephone rather then leaving a message and waiting hours or a day for a callback.

She was very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and knew about, what I really liked was, she knew about my medications and my conditions before I even called her. She actually looked through my chart before I had to tell her stuff. That's very important to me. I thought she was very good. Thank you.

Healthcare appointments should be prioritized for the working class people. Appointments should be late in the day or first thing in the morning to allow for a quick visit and get people back into work. I'm at risk for having to burn a 1/2 vacation day to cover my time because I say in your waiting room for 30-45 minutes just to be seen. Please improve your time management efficiency.

NP Simmons heard all my concerns and called my anxieties with my issues. She is very knowledgeable and caring.

Did not get called until 1 hr 15 minutes after appointment time; an emergency situation interrupted visit for about 15 minutes. Otherwise, great appointment!
