Wait time. I was sitting in the waiting room for over an hour and a half before I was able to get pulled back into the exam room. The doctor herself is amazing and I really enjoy her as my doctor, but I don't know if I can continue to see her with these long wait times. First it was like a 45 minute, then it was an hour. Now this is an hour and a half. Each time I've seen this doctor, I've been waiting for over 30 minutes, which within 30 minutes is okay. Like 30 minute wait I'm okay with, but anything after that I think is unreasonable and I think that the scheduling needs to be changed for her. She's a good doctor and takes time with her patients and is very thorough and I think she's a great doctor. I just think that the scheduling needs to be fixed somehow.

Appointment was @ 11:30. Arrived at 11:00 to fill out paper work. Waited until 1:00 but had to leave to stay with a family member on hospice whose daughter needed to return to work. I was pacing the hall when a very kind nurse or medical assistant asked if I was ok. I explained my situation and she was extremely kind and compassionate. She told me to let the front desk know, but no one was there. I was too anxious to wait any longer. Sadly never saw the doctor.

Yeah, I just wanted to say that Dr. Packi is definitely the best GP I've ever had. She is very knowledgeable. She's very personable. She's just, yeah, she really makes you feel like you care and I really, really like her as a provider. She never makes you feel rushed either. Like anytime you have any questions, she's very careful to kind of like go through everything, even though I know she probably has a pretty like busy schedule. She just goes through everything without rushing. She really gives you like all the information so that you can make the best decision. So yeah, just Dr. Packi is awesome.

Your scheduling is ridiculous. I waited 45 minutes in the room for Dr. Packi. I know she has a lot of patience and I know it takes time with every patient, but scheduling is very important. So please do better. Thank you.

Dr. Packi is, I believe, the best doctor I have had ever. She listens to what you say. She cares about what you say. She is just a very, very caring, knowledgeable doctor.

I felt like the doctor cared about me and I was confident in her care.

I like being told that if I have a sudden onset of illnesses, l can call the Dr. office and they may be able to see me right away, on the same day.

I love Dr. Packi and her staff.

I would like to clarify my wait time was because the doctor does spend a lot of time with each patient and I knew that going in, I expected it and I welcomed it. So when I had to wait, I knew exactly why she was later in seeing me than my appointed time. So I just wanted to say that I understand fully and I support her fully in spending time with each patient instead of rushing us through. Thank you.

I had an appointment for 9:30 am I waited over an hour to see the dr. I was there an hour and a half. I was just getting ready to walk out. I won't wait over an hour again. I'm thinking about changing doctors.

Dr. Packi is an amazing Dr. she is caring and sensitive to her patients. She is also super knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.

Dr. Packi was excellent. Coming from another office where I felt like a number, she was very attentive, compassionite and patient. I didn't feel rushed, she took her time and listened to every concern I had, addressed each one, and came up with an action plan on how to better my health. I have never had such a wonderful and comforting experience with a doctor.

I have nothing negative to write about Dr Packi. She quietly listens to what I have to say. I ask questions about everything even if it sounds ridiculous (realizing it later) she answers and never makes me feel it was ridiculous. She is very personable and pleasant to be around.

Dr. Packi is extremely knowledgeable. I trust her completely.

Waited entirely too long to see provider. My appointment was for 2pm and didn't see her until approximately 3:45-3:50. Based on that wait time I will not recommend Hackensack Meridian to anyone. And I was asked to arrive 30 minutes earlier...which I arrived 25 minutes earlier. Wait times need to be worked on!!

I was in the waiting room for 20 minutes and then we waited in the treatment room for 1 hour before the Doctor came in. I understand that she's busy, but then she should be scheduled to have more time with each patient. I still like Dr Packi !!

On time and very thorough for my wellness visit

I balance and hour and a half wait to the care given. It is very frustrating environment. Front desk people never seem happy to be there...

Best doctor I've ever had

I was very satisfied with the time I finally got with the provider. My issue is that it took over 6 weeks to get an appointment for an issue was of a somewhat urgent nature and not something that could be addressed by a Medi-merge, yet not serious enough to go to an emergency room. Then when I arrived for my appointment ( 10 min before my scheduled appt). I then had to wait 90 min before I was brought into a room snd another 16 min to actually see the Dr. With is disrespectful of my time not to mention the amount of money that I will be charged for the privilege of having no consideration for my time

I would say this experience was the best I've ever had!

Dr Packi was professional yet very friendly and made you feel very comfortable with her, even though it was our first appointment.

Dr. Packi was incredibly patient, descriptive, and really took her time. She's incredibly empathetic, and I would recommend her to just about anybody who struggles with health anxiety or anything remotely similar. She's really honestly a great doctor, and I'm very excited to see just how much she'll help me in the future. I've recommended all of my family members to her, just like my family members recommended me to her initially.

The doctor's office is extremely thorough and very, very patient and understanding and knowledgeable.

The only negative issue from my appt was the waiting. Waited in the waiting room, then waited for the doctor, then waited again for nurse return for a vacine shot.

Dr Elizabeth Packi was a wonderful Dr she listened to everything I had to say I was very pleased she will be my primary Dr for now on.

I felt I was really talking to a real doctor, she was fabulous, not someone who doesn't check you out or play around with just an computer.

I was very disappointed with a wait time of an hour and 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. However, once Dr Packi did come in the room she spent ample time with me. I did not feel rushed and she made sure to ask if I had any additional questions or concerns that I wanted to discuss.

I've seen many doctors in my life and Dr.Packi stands out as one who genuinely cares about the patient and works hard to find a method of treatment that's.

I was put in the examining room and waited for more than an hour before I walked out. No one came in and updated me. When I told the receptionist I was leaving, no one apologized. No one offered to get the doctor. No one called me after I left to explain. My time is just as important as their time.

Dr. Elizabeth Packi is one of the best doctors I've seen. I felt very comfortable with her and her staff. She was very understanding and I was happy with her treatment plan. I would definitely recommend her to anyone I know.

The only gripe that I have is that I waited literally an hour and a half past my appointment time. I was on my lunch break and I was scheduled at a certain time to come in and I wasn't seen for an hour and a half. I was not informed of any delays. And that was the only issue that I had with this practice. This isn't the first time that I've had significant delays past my appointment time.

Dr. Packi is always so patient, kind, informative. She definitely goes the extra mile and I couldn't be more happier and pleased by Dr. Packi and her staff.

I went for my first patient appointment, like new patient appointment, and I waited over an hour for her to even see me, which is ridiculous. My appointment was at 11 and she didn't come into the room till 12, 15. Her assistant did everything besides talk to me about like random questions and like took my blood pressure and everything. And then I waited 50 minutes in itself. for her to come into the room and talk to me for two minutes. I just find that really ridiculous. And as a first impression, it wasn't great at all. I shouldn't be waiting over an hour to even be seen by the doctor for two minutes. That's like astronomically retarded and ridiculous. And it was on an 11 o'clock appointment during a weekday. So there was maybe three people in the writing room with me and there's.

Yes, Dr. Packi is very considerate and helpful, and she does take time, and I feel very comfortable when I visit her.

I chose to wait to see Dr Packi specifically and I am so grateful I did. I truly feel that Dr Packi listened carefully and patiently, asked so many follow up questions, and is the first primary doc I've ever had in my adult life that actually listened to me, didn't brush off my concerns, or make me feel judged or rushed, etc. She's absolutely awesome.

Dr Packi is very good at listening to you and giving advice

I was able to get an appointment as a new patient very quickly, which I really appreciated since I just moved here from out of state. And Dr. Packi was aware of my previous health history prior to her meeting with me, which was very much appreciated by me, that she obviously had reviewed my chart as a new patient prior to us meeting for the first time. Most doctors don't do that, so I really appreciated that. She's very kind and understanding. Thank you.

Dr. Packi is an excellent doctor. It's just in the waiting room. I have an 11 o'clock appointment. I didn't get done to 2.30. And that happened more than once with my wife. That needs to be improved with the appointment times. There was no rooms available. My wife's in a wheelchair. She waited there over two hours before they took her in. That's uncalled for. That's the only problem I have with the system. All right. Thank you. Bye.

I got a same day appointment and everyone was so compassionate and kind

I am very happy having Dr. Packi as my primary doctor. She is the perfect example of who I want to care for me.

Dr Packi asked questions no other provider has asked, she impressively read my entire medical history in under two hours notice and she is a HIGHLY dedicated physician. She was meeting me for the first time, but we got more accomplished together in one day than any of these specialists Ive been ping ponged back and forth to have been able to do in a year and a half. I commend Dr Packi in her skill and compassion, she might have saved my life.

Dr PACKI is very personable, knowledgeable and caring. I just wish that the wait time was not as long as it was - both this time and the last time I visited. I made my next 2 appts as early as possible, so hopefully that will help.

Dr Packi listened to everything I had concerns about and took the time to thoroughly check me out and ordered blood work and xrays to figure out what's going on with me. She was kind, respectful and explained everything clearly and for the first time i feel I have a primary dr that I can trust to get me back to health. I am so glad she is my dr now. I felt heard and not rushed.
