I'm delighted with this doctor because he has the patience to listen and answer everything I need. Also, when my appointment arrives, I don't wait long, which is important. And I'm satisfied with the way he treats me-very kind, very smiling, very... well, I can't say how to rate him. I'd give him more than 10 because he's an excellent doctor. I'm very happy with him. It's far away, but it doesn't matter; it's worth getting there. Thank you very much. I wish I could, and all the employees. All the employees are great, too. All the ones who take appointments and everything, everything is fine. Thank you for that way of caring for the patient. Thank you.

Nothing more to say with the rating I just gave him except that Dr. Santomauro is the best doctor I have ever been to in my entire life!!!! He's professional, he's smart, he's caring, he knows how to treat his patients, he is just everything you want a doctor to be!!! That's all I can say.... I recommend him to my family and friends and anyone I speak to about what a great doctor he is. God bless him always may he live to be 150 healthy years??

The office staff as well as the doctor go above and beyond to make sure I'm getting the best possible care.

It's not something that was done really well. Dr. Santomauro is a nice man. I like him. But the prescription that was given to me, the trilogy, the next morning I couldn't see out of my eye. It was very light sensitive. And it teared for days. And I'm trying to find an eye doctor to see. I didn't speak to Dr. Santomauro. After that happened to me, there was another doctor that took it very lightly, and I didn't appreciate that. So, I don't think Dr. Santomauro, I didn't speak to Dr. Santomauro about the trilogy that hurt my eye, but I would like to.

Dr Santomauro has been 1 of my best doctors I've ever had He is and always been very professional. I'm moving 3 hrs north and will continue to keep him as my doctor.

The pharmacy, I don't have to go to the hostel in Hackensack if I live 8 to 10 miles away. It should be a near pharmacy to pick up my medicine.

This practice is most efficiently run. The doctors are the best. The staff is the kindest. I cannot recommend this practice more highly.

Dr. Santomauro and his office are professional. They are polite. They are easy to joke around with, which is also relaxing as a patient. His bedside manner is very good. He absolutely understands me as a patient, making recommendations and suggesting things I should or should not do. Especially now as we are going into the probably pretty severe allergy season. Yes, I would highly recommend him and I am recommending him to one of my relatives.

As usual Dr. Santomauro was professional and concerning.

It was very easy to get into the office with the doctor. The doctor and the staff were more than courteous outside and then inside with the doctor, he explained everything extremely carefully, made a lot of great suggestions of what I could do to improve my condition and made it very easy. If I have to make a follow-up appointment, the whole experience has been very well. And again, the staff itself, besides the doctor, were very nice to get along with and very easy to deal with.

All around professional staff

I heard the staff sat that my doctor had 28 patients that day and he mentioned that he would have to work through lunch. Why would they schedule so many patients in one day, making it impossible for the doctor to spend any quantity time with patients?

He's a great doctor

I have come accross several pulmonologists but this is the only doctor who explains everything very clearly in a very simple and easy language and not using too many medical terms which makes me understand my medical condition. This is why I trust his diagnosis. I must say he is the best pulmonologist around.

This doctor is one of the best doctors I've ever been to. He looks at the person in totality, advised me about things that are not even really related to pulmonology, got me an ultrasound for a thyroid issue when no other doctor would see me for three months, and he proved to be the same on my third visit, third year last week. So I highly recommend him. I think he's awesome.
