Everyone involved in the process was fantastic. Everyone was knowledgeable, competent, friendly. Dr. Abu was very knowledgeable. He was patient and he gave me all the information that I needed. He set me at ease. He was respectful of my rights as a patient and I highly recommend.

The first thing is, I'm not sure which provider you are referring to, because it was garbled, probably some electronic reason. And when I attempted to stop you and ask you, the program would not allow that. So I was really guessing, but in general, I think it's a good hospital, I've been there many times before, and I've gotten very good care there. And know a lot of the doctors personally, not just through my interaction with them at the hospital.
