The nurse that performed the procedure was extremely professional, pleasant and patient with my mom. The office of Dr. Scheckley is extremely friendly and professional. We are very satisfied with the office.

I'm very frustrated with poor communication from Hackensack Meridian Health. None of my communication touchpoints seem to be connected within the organization. I respond to appointment confirmations multiple times. I provide information in multiple places and forms, again, multiple times. I'm providing the same information over and over. When I'm asked to call back, I usually end up with a generic number that does not get me in touch with the person or group that called me. The online portal gives the impression of more interactive care but, interactions online don't yield responses, information, or better care. The person scheduling my follow-up appointment doesn't know what its for, or why it exists, so I'm given the right information when I need it. And to top it off there was an oversight in getting me the right prescriptions and next steps for my next appointment, wasting months of time because after waiting two months, I now I can't get in for the testing that I need until another two months from today. It feels like a lot of things have been set up to create efficiency and to create benefits of scale of a large medical group but its has made care very impersonal, and left me with the impression that no one has oversight over my care. (Also, I don't think the survey is structured to get quality feedback, and helpful data, I would guess responses are biased favorably based on the options given for responses)
