Dr. Chung-Loy was one of the best doctors I've ever seen in my lifetime. He had a very pleasant demeanor, a very pleasant bedside manner. He was very thorough, patient. He listened to me and he spent ample time with me and I felt like he cared. I really appreciate that because in this day and time, you don't get that too much. Doctors just want to rush you in and rush you out. So I really appreciated that from him and I highly recommend him. Thank you and have a good day.

Yes, I just want to comment that this is the second general surgeon I had a scheduled appointment with after the first one who is in my healthcare plan but not at Hackensack Meridian told me I shouldn't have come to him because he was in Atlantic Healthcare Systems. Dr. Chung-Loy told me that he read all the textbooks and it's not possible that what I was complaining about could have occurred and he's not sure what dermatologist had removed the lipoma previously and I shouldn't have been in that much pain when he was removing it. So there's a lot more that's going on with these doctors with Howard and Hackensack Meridian and I haven't been listened to for the past year and a half.
